OUR MOST POPULAR GROW TRAY

ABS Grow Trays

ABS Grow Trays are utilized for Drip-to-Drain irrigation styles. Made from a durable ABS plastic almost 5mm thick, Pipp uses a deep-draw thermoformed process to design a tray with a built-in slope to ensure proper drainage. The ABS material also has a co-extruded acrylic cap to provide UV stability as well as anti-microbial and fungal-resistant properties. Trays can be adjusted to provide even greater slope if desired by the customer for unique growing conditions by simply adjusting the support beams.

  • Specifications: Tray capacity not to exceed 15 lbs./f2. Available sizes include 8’x4’, 8’x3’, 4’x4’, and 4’x3’.
  • Trays have an integrated 1/2” slope from back to front for proper drainage.
  • Patents: U.S. Patent No. D906,876 S and U.S. Patent No. 11,116,148, additional U.S. patent pending.
  • Life Cycle Stage: Mother Room, Vegetative, & Flowering

NEW! Airflow Grow Trays

Pipp’s Airflow Grow Tray was designed with airflow and flexibility in mind. The sectional trays allow for unobstructed airflow using a combination of natural convection as well as improved performance of in-rack airflow solutions such as VAS. Trays can be positioned as needed to hit any plant density targets you may have. The trays are designed around Drip-to-Drain irrigation and are a great solution for any grow medium or pot selection, especially for Rockwool grow slabs. The gaps between trays allow for sprinkler passthrough, making fire code compliance a breeze.

  • The modular tray design offers a number of critical benefits:
    • Eliminates airflow restrictions and allows for natural convection.
    • Allow sprinkler passthrough to meet fire code requirements.
    • Full flexibility to optimize plant density without wasted material.
  • Robust and lightweight aluminum provides the capacity to support any plant size without sag.
  • Aluminum materials provide the same premium corrosion resistance customers have come to love from our Drip-to-Drain and Combination Grow Trays.
  • Trough beam collects runoff through one fitting, drastically simplifying drainage system requirements.
  • Designed around Drip-to-Drain irrigation with Rockwool slabs. Traditional pots are a great option as well.
  • Michigan Made.
  • 7” widths efficiently support industry standard Rockwool slabs.
  • Multiple depth options to meet space requirements (3’, 4’, and 5’ options available)
  • 1” Slope per tray and 1” of slope in our trough ensures proper drainage.
  • Each individual tray has a capacity of 50 lbs.
