Product Warranties

All warranties apply to defects in materials and workmanship and do not apply to standard use and/or misuse.

  • Pipp Horticulture Carriages and Vertical Grow Racks are warrantied for five (5) years to the original purchaser. Due to the high humidity in the grow environment, some tarnishing, oxidation and metal decomposition is expected. These blemishes are merely cosmetic and do not qualify for replacement under the warranty. Note: The maximum relative humidity in a typical cannabis flower room is 75%.
  • ABS Trays carry a one (1) year warranty and Aluminum Trays and HDPE Inserts carry a Three (3) year warranty, both apply to the original purchaser.
  • ELEVATE™ Platform products are warrantied for one (1) year to the original purchaser. Due to the nature of their use, these parts will wear over time and will need to be regularly inspected and possibly replaced if damaged or integrity is degraded.
  • Vertical Air Solutions Air Circulation Systems are warrantied for three (3) years to the original purchaser. Due to the high humidity in the transportation and grow environment, some tarnishing, oxidation, and metal decomposition is expected. These blemishes are merely cosmetic and do not qualify for replacement under warranty. Note: The maximum relative humidity in a typical cannabis flower room is 75%.
  • GGS products carry a one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser.
  • All Pipp Installations are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of the original installation for labor on replacement parts.
